with real-time support via our toll-free number,
our customers are constantly amazed with the fast,
knowledgeable support they receive from our staff.
Remote support allows us to see our clients computer’s
desktop while we talk on the phone with them -
answering each support question in minutes, not

Most support issues can be resolved within minutes while you are on the
phone with our support specialists. Technical Support hours are 6:00 AM to
6:00 PM PST Monday through Friday.
A.I.med Maintenance Agreement
Annual maintenance agreements for A.I.med are included for the first year,
additional year maintenance and support agreements are available and highly
recommended. The maintenance agreement includes toll-free real-time
telephone support, live remote access, software updates and version upgrades
released during the agreement period.
Remote Support
We specialize in Secure Internet solutions to
access A.I.med in your office from any Internet
location. This helps reduce the amount of time
our clients spend on the phone as we are able
to diagnose and repair problems quicker.
Technical Support and Training
Live, friendly, easy-to-reach and knowledgeable
support specialists are available when you need
them. Additional online and on-site training can
be purchased at any time.
