Most support issues can be resolved quickly while you are on the phone with our support specialists. Technical Support hours are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST Monday through Friday.
A.I.med Maintenance Agreement
Cloud Based clients have support included with the monthly payment, no extra fees required. The support agreement includes toll-free real-time telephone support, live remote access, ICD codes, medications, software updates, and version upgrades released during the agreement period.
Client Server Based clients have the option of annual support agreements. The first year is included, additional yearly support agreements are available and highly recommended. Remote Support
Acrendo is able to access your PC remotely via a secure connection to assist you with support calls. This helps reduce the amount of time our clients spend on the phone as we are able to diagnose and repair problems quicker.
Technical Support and Training
Live, friendly, easy-to-reach and knowledgeable support specialists are available when you need them. Additional online and on-site training can be purchased at any time after your initial training period.
