Acrendo Onsite Training
Acrendo offers optional onsite training for all our
products in specific areas where we have offices
or Partner/Dealer locations. Onsite training can be done
after the installation
or scheduled for a later date to help train new staff,
implement new features or simply as a refresher. Given
the complexity
of an EMR
implementation, many of our clients elect to have us come
to their office to help them with the installation and
conversion process.
Acrendo Onsite Installation
Acrendo offers onsite installation for offices in our
onsite areas who require assistance with office design,
computer setup and networking.
While Acrendo frequently purchases and installs all the
necessary hardware for clients in these areas, we still
require
all clients to have a designated local IT person/company
in the event a problem arises that needs IT attention.
Acrendo Online/Remote Training
Acrendo offers online training via web conferencing software.
This can be done one-on-one or in a group. This allows
each office and their staff to learn
the system at their own pace. Online training is also
available after the installation to help train new staff,
implement new features or simply as a refresher.
Acrendo Online/Remote Installation
Acrendo offers remote installation support by working
with your local IT person/company to install the computers
and configure your network settings.
