Patient Information
Managing patient information has never been easier. A.I.med's intuitive interface makes it easy to enter in and recall your patients' information. With great features like patient pictures, custom fields, notes, multiple insurer tracking and patient balance reminders. A.I.med also incorporates a comprehensive audit trail so you will know when a change was made to a patients record, what was changed and who changed it.

Electronic Medical Records Report Writer
A.I.med's EMR offers a powerful report writer. This fully customizable feature gives you the flexibility to write anything from letters to examination reports to SOAP notes. With it's "Quick Note" feature you can quickly insert commonly used text or macros into your report at the click of a mouse.

EMR Document Management & Imaging
A.I.med's Electronic Medical Record Software features a powerful document imaging feature which will enable you to scan and import images directly into a patients' record. Once the images are in the record you can then electronically write on top of the images with a Tablet PC and include the images in your SOAP note or narrative.

Vitals & Growth Charts
A.I.med offers fast vital entry, including the ability to print plotting patient growth chart information directly on the CDC based male/female growth charts for all 5 charts, including height & length 0-36, Head Circ. 0-36, Stature 2-20, BMI 2-20, weight/stature 2-20.

Vaccine & CDC Charts
With easy data entry of vaccine and shot information, you can track all patient injection history in our EMR. Once you have entered the data, you can even print a CDC based color chart that includes all dates that injections were received for each patient.

Medication Tracking with e-Rx Writer
A.I.med's prescription writer gives providers a fast and accurate way to write their prescriptions electronically. Manage a list of commonly used medications and their dosages then fax or e-send the completed prescription directly to the pharmacy using A.I.fax or SureScript.

Billing With HCFA Preview
Getting your charges in for HCFA based billing has never been easier. A.I.med does all the work by pulling the charges from the Electronic Super-Bill into Charge Entry for review. When you are ready, simply press the button to upload to the clearing-house or printing them to paper, making charge entry a fast and easy process.

A.I.dialer - Automatic Patient Appointment Reminder System
A.I.dialer is an automatic patient appointment reminder system that integrates with A.I.med's scheduler to call your patients to remind them of their upcoming appointment. With a custom human message including your practice name, our A.I.dialer will remind each patient of their appointment and give them an option to confirm, reschedule or request a follow-up call.
