Acrendo's A.I.dialer is an automatic patient appointment reminder calling system. The A.I.dialer integrates directly with A.I.med's patient scheduler in real-time. Once the appointments have been sent to the A.I.dialer you can schedule a preset time to dial or dial immediately. The A.I.dialer comes with a custom message pre-recorded with your practice and physician name directly recorded into the message in a human voice.

The A.I.dialer will call each patient and play your custom message with multiple languages. If the patient answers the call, the A.I.dialer will ask the patient to press 1 to confirm, 2 to cancel or 3 for a follow up phone call. If the A.I.dialer reaches a voicemail or machine the A.I.dialer l eaves a message asking the patient to call the office if they wish to cancel or change their appointment.

Once all the calls are completed, the A.I.dialer results are directly displayed on the appointment list for that date. No more having to call each patient and ask them to verify their appointment to reduce no snows, the A.I.dialer can do it all for you.
