A.I.med's EMR Software features a powerful document imaging feature which will enable you to scan and import images directly into a patients' record. Once the images are in the record you can then draw on the images with a Tablet PC and include the image in your SOAP note or narrative.

Patient Scheduling
A.I.med is built around its robust color-coded schedule enabling you to collect co-pays, check patients in/out, check balances, access patients' EMR and write notes all from one screen. With support for multiple providers and offices, A.I.med's schedule makes scheduling tasks easier and helps reduce your no shows. The scheduler also supports the use of user definable visit reasons.

Office Dashboard & Schedule
A.I.med provides users with a central point of access that we call the dashboard. From here you can quickly access all the major modules in the program, see availability for the next month, schedule appointments, launch the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) module, view reports, manage billing and read/write memos.

Patient Information
Managing patient information has never been easier. A.I.med's intuitive interface makes it easy to enter in and recall your patients' information. With great features including patient pictures, custom fields, notes, multiple insurer tracking and patient balance reminders. A.I.med also incorporates a comprehensive audit trail so you will know when a change was made to a patients record, what was changed and who changed it.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Report Writer
A.I.med's EMR offers a powerful report writer. This fully customizable feature gives you the flexibility to write anything from letters to examination reports to SOAP notes. With it's "Quick Note" feature you can quickly insert commonly used text or macros into your report at the click of a mouse.

EMR Software
Acrendo's Electronic Medical Record module is a template based documentation system. This helps make the transition from paper easier and provides you with powerful documentation capabilities. Our custom form engine allows you to create your own point-and-click templates and modify existing templates on the fly.

Prescription Writer
A.I.med's prescription writer gives providers a fast and accurate way to write their prescriptions electronically. Manage a list of commonly used medications and their dosages then fax the completed prescription directly to the pharmacy using Acrendo's electronic faxing feature A.I.fax.

HCFA 1500 Billing
Putting your charges to HCFA forms has never been easier. Not only does Acrendo pull all of it's charges from the EMR module but processing the charges is simply a matter of reviewing - not data entry. Once your claims have been reviewed, simply click a button to send them to printing or send them to the electronic billing queue.

Electronic Billing
A.I.med has partnered with Net Health Services (NHS) to offer cost-effective yet powerful electronic billing capabilities. Upon submitting your claims electronically you will receive a report with the status of your claims within 1/2 a business day.
