Office Assistant/Administrator: (San Diego, CA) **NO OPENINGS AT THIS TIME**
Mid level office administrator, with experience answering multi-line phones, working with
computers, data entry, eMail and fax experience is a must. This position is for true
multi tasking people with a variety of task management skills. Experience with Word,
Excel and the Internet is also a plus. Occasional long hours and flexible job duties
are also required. This position helps the entire office accomplish their job, and the
right person should be very flexible, and willing to help accomplish the job.
Technical Support Level 1: (San Diego, CA)
This position requires at least one full year of level one telephone technical support
experience. Answer incoming customer support calls as needed to support a variety of
medical office needs. This position also requires a great understanding of the Windows
platform, includes software and hardware support of additional systems including,
printers, scanners, cameras, Tablet PC's and wireless devices. Heavy phone support is
required on a daily basis.
Technical Support Level 2: (San Diego, CA)
This position requires at least two years of level two technical support experience. This
position will assist level one with customer calls as needed to support a variety of
medical office needs that cannot be resolved by level one support. This position also
requires a great understanding of the Windows platform, includes software and hardware
support of additional items including, remote support software, printers, scanners,
cameras, and wireless devices, Tablet PC's and routers. You will also be communicating
with our client's IT staff to assist them with their hardware.
Product Trainer: (San Diego, CA)
This position requires at least three years of recent experience training clients in a
software product environment. The ideal candidate should have previous experience training
within the medical software arena. Windows XP knowledge and experience is a must,
additional experience using hardware including scanners, printers and Tablet PC's are a
big plus.
.Net Programmer Mid Level: (San Diego, CA)
At least 4 years of experience with VB and
or 2+ years of recent .Net with some SQL database experience with the .Net products.
This position requires fast turn-around times, resourceful thinking, and the ability to
work without supervision. Other requirements are the ability to work well with a team of
developers and office staff to complete project tasks correctly and on time.
.Net Programmer Sr. Level: (San Diego, CA)
At least 6 years of experience with VB and/or 3+ years of recent .Net with some
SQL database experience with the .Net products. This position requires fast turn-around
times, resourceful thinking, management capabilities, and the ability to work without
supervision.
