JR LEVEL INSIDE SALES:
At least 1 year of experience as an in-house telephone sales rep. This position requires experienced sales professionals.
This position consists of selling our Electronic Records and Practice Management software to small- and medium-sized medical offices throughout the US.
It is important that you have extensive experience in setting appointments, qualifying leads, making initial phone presentations, researching and understanding our customer’s needs.
To be successful, you must be a self-starter who enjoys working independently with little supervision in the field. This is an onsite position, no offsite hours.

Only Jr. level inside sales professionals with current experience will be considered for this position

SR. LEVEL REGIONAL OUTSIDE SALES:
At least 5 year of experience as an outside sales professional. As a Sales Executive you will be calling on medical office staff to set up demonstrations either in person or via our webinars for the office to view our EHR and PM demo online.
Our clients are small to medium size medical practices in over 20 specialties including pediatrics and primary care.

It is important that you have extensive experience in warm calls, cold calls, making initial presentations, researching and understanding our customer’s needs.

Our ideal candidate is a natural sales person who is optimistic by nature and enjoys interacting with people from the medical field. We are interested in people who can think and reason clearly, who can listen to the customer’s needs and communicate clearly.

Only Sr. level Sales Executives with current experience will be considered for this position.

PRODUCT SUPPORT AGENT (EHR / PM):
The applicant will need at least one year of current experience in the medical billing or EHR/EMR field. This is a career with a fast paced environment for someone who has the ability to solve problems, multitask and work well with people.
In this position staff will assist the end users with questions on the use and functionality of our proprietary Electronic Health Records and Practice Management software. This position serves as the 1st level of support, includes assisting clients with new version features, light hardware issues including printing, scanning, signature pads, system settings, etc.
Our ideal candidate would be a natural problem solver who communicates and listens effectively to customers, is comfortable working with technology and can learn new technical skills quickly. Candidates must have previous experience using EHR/EMR and PM software either as an end user or as product support agent.

Only experienced applicants with minimum PM/EHR experience will be considered for this position.

IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST / TRAINER:
Applicant will need at least two current years in medical billing, certification as a biller, and at least one year of EMR or EHR training. This is a career in a fast paced environment for someone who has the ability to multitask and work well with others.

Only experienced applicants with minimum PM/EHR experience will be considered for this position.

.NET PROGRAMMER - JR. LEVEL:
Applicants will need at least one year of current experience in VB.net or C#.net and Microsoft SQL Server. This is a great starter position that will allow the right candidate to grow their programming and DB skills. This position requires fast turn-around times, resourceful thinking, and the ability to work within a development team under supervision.

Only Jr. level applicants with a BS in CS with some I.T. experience will be considered for this position.

MID-LEVEL DBA / IT:
Applicants will need at least three year of current experience as a Mid-Level DBA utilizing SQL. This is a fast paced environment, the applicant will need the ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.

Only Mid-Level DBAs with current experience will be considered for this position.

MID-LEVEL .NET PROGRAMMER:
Applicants will need at least 5 years of experience in VB.Net or C#.Net using stored procedures and SQL database calls. This position requires fast turn-around times, resourceful thinking, and the ability to work within a development team under Sr Programmer supervision.

Only Mid. level VB.net or C#.net programmers with current Mid level experience will be considered for this position.

Sr. LEVEL .NET PROGRAMMER:
At least 10 years of combined programming experience and 5 years of recent experience with C# or VB.Net using stored procedures and SQL database calls. This position requires fast turn-around times, resourceful thinking, and the ability to work within a team environment under Sr. management.

Only Sr. level VB.net or C#.net programmers with current Sr. level experience will be considered for this position.
